A new 21,841-square-foot facility housing a police substation, staff offices, defensive tactics training space, locker room, and detention center. Designed by Perlman Architects.

Avondale Police Detention Center

A 50,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art mixed-use emergency response campus for Mesa Police and Fire. Designed by Perlman Architects and Architekton.

Northeast Mesa Public Safety

A 65,000-square-foot facility renovated from the former Barney Family Sports Complex, for the Queen Creek Fire & Medical Department (QCFMD) and Queen Creek Police Department (QCPD). Designed by Arrington Watkins Architects.

Queen Creek Public Safety

A new 17,010 square-foot single-story station with 3 bays, 10 gender-neutral dormitories, BC and BSO quarters, offices, a fitness room, a training room, an exam room, logistics, interior decontamination showers, work/living areas, and support spaces. Designed by Perlman Architects.
